Delivery Information

Deliveries are made on the premise that customers or their representatives will be available to receive their purchases. In the event that customers or their representatives are not present to receive the delivery, a notification slip will be left at the premise to notify the customer and another delivery time will be arranged.
While Byram E-Lifestyle Shop receives your orders 24 hours a day, all orders will be processed for deliveries from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm Local Singapore Time. There will be no delivery on Saturday, Sundays and Public Holidays. Orders received on these days will be processed on the next working day after 2 pm. All International deliveries will be made in accordance with our appointed carriers time & schedule. This also means that you are entitled to enjoy convenience of our delivery service without the need of meeting a minimum amount of purchase each time.
Byram E-Lifestyle Shop reserves the right to reject orders that are deemed trading in nature. That is, orders with extraordinary large quantity for household or office usage. We will reject and refund the order made through credit card refund. Wholesalers and merchants who are interested to buy direct from Byram International Pte Ltd should contact our Sales Department at ESales@byramgroup.com for enquiries.
